trifle with，常用進行時 trifling with。這裡一句 stop trifling with life and death 就是「別拿生死當兒戲」，trifle with 後面接的都是不該輕慢的事。
也可以說 dying words、final words，意思都一樣。last words 最常用，日常甚至拿它開玩笑，比如問某人有啥「最後要說的」。
