blue-blooded。blue blood 字面是「藍血」，舊時用來指王公貴族，說一個人 blue-blooded 就是出身名門。形容口音、氣質也能這麼用。
take an interest in。interest 是興趣，take an interest in something 就是開始對某事上心。這裡說小女孩開始對「異性」有興趣，家長語氣裡帶著擔心。
