說 night and day，字面就是「白天黑夜」，形容不停地做某事。臺詞裡說自己 night and day 忙著寫戲。
about to 指「馬上、正要做」，時間更近，通常不用再加時間詞；going to 只是一般將來。臺詞裡 you're about to deliver a speech 就是「你馬上要發表演說了」。
不。它指「自我感覺像贏家」，可以反諷，也可以說狀態。臺詞裡是反問對方：做了這種事，還怎麼覺得自己是贏家。
是，字面就是「把某物扔掉」，也引申為「浪費掉、錯失」。臺詞裡說把對方的簡歷 threw it away，就是「把簡歷扔了」。
