一句法庭式反擊，把對方的推理擋在證據門檻外。用詞剋制，殺傷力卻最大。

對方沒有依據就下結論時，用這句把話擋回去；日常閒聊別用，像在打官司。

That conclusion isn't supported by the record. ／ You're arguing without evidence.

把漫長取證瞬間打斷，宣佈規則改變。短短兩句全是主動權：誰先喊停，誰就定了場上的規矩。

在正式場合宣佈轉入私下、暫停記錄時用；對上級說之前先掂量，別自作主張。

反駁偷竊指控最省力的一句：那些資料本來就是大家自願放上去的。講事實，也消掉道德壓力。

說明某件事根本談不上違規、沒什麼可指摘時用；態度要平靜，別像在狡辯。
