下一章 · 06make our legacies寫下傳奇這場戲：賽前動員為他而戰意思是「慢慢就習慣了」，it 指讓你不舒服的那件事。臺詞 Hey, get used to it, Chiki 就是「嘿，適應一下現實吧，奇基」。注意 be used to 後接名詞，表示已經習慣。
可以說 What took you so long? 臺詞 Hey, Deck, what took you so long 就是「嘿，德克，你怎麼這麼久才來」。這句帶點埋怨又帶點玩笑，朋友之間常用。
因為它常是反話。別人說街上都是得狂犬病的狗，你回 Oh, lovely，字面是「哦，真棒」，實際是「哦，可真糟」。聽懂這種反諷，才不會把話接反。
是英式口語，等於 isn't it，常放在句尾當「是吧、對不對」。臺詞 Beautiful up here, innit 就是「這上面景色真美，是吧」。朋友閒聊、口音重的人常用。
可以說 someone is hard to say no to。臺詞 he's a hard man to say no to 就是「他這人，想拒絕他都難」。say no to someone 就是「開口拒絕某人」。
