not gonna 連讀，die alone 兩個重音都壓住。

表示「要麼……要麼……」，連線兩個選項。臺詞 The dog either gets inside the cage, or he's not getting on the plane 就是「狗要麼進籠子，要麼就別上飛機」，語氣很硬。
表示「一……就……」，強調緊接著發生。臺詞 waiting for you the second you get off 就是「你一落地我就等著」。比 as soon as 更口語、更有畫面。
可以說 another mouth to feed，形象地表示家裡又多一個要養的人或動物。臺詞 We have another mouth to feed 就是「我們又要多養一張嘴了」，這裡其實在暗示懷孕。
意思是「以防、萬一」，後面接可能發生的情況。臺詞 In case you needed some good news 就是「萬一你需要點好訊息」，說話人把好訊息藏著，就等這個時刻。
頭等艙是 first class；節目收尾、跟觀眾道別是 sign off。臺詞 Signing off right now 就是主播在說「現在就跟大家說再見」。這兩個說法一個在出行裡用，一個在直播裡用。
