陪審室裡，一個人站起來演示：要扎進比自己高的人胸口，刀只能 down and in（向下、往裡）。可轉眼又有人耐不住，為趕球賽直接改投無罪，被當場質問 Or don't you have the guts to do what you think is right?（有沒有膽量做你認為對的事？）。想學怎麼戳穿「敷衍了事」和逼人表態，這幾句很夠用。
「向下、往裡」英語說 down and in

陪審室裡，一個人拿來那把刀，站起來演示：要扎進比自己高的對手胸口，刀刃只能 down and in（向下、往裡），這正是案發現場的傷口角度。接著，一個在貧民窟長大的人說自己見過持刀鬥毆，用彈簧刀只會 underhanded（反手、從下往上），不會用那種方式。可就在氣氛緊繃時，有人因為急著趕球賽，直接喊一聲 I've had enough（受夠了）就把票改成無罪，惹來眾人質問：誰給你權利這樣拿人命當兒戲？到底有沒有 have the guts（膽量）照你認為對的方式投票？這些說法在逼人表態、戳穿敷衍、或是自己宣告立場時都很用得上。
A1–C2 是歐標等級。點一個等級後，比它高的卡片會變淡，播放到那裡不會自動暫停。

熟人之間放狠話時用；對長輩或客戶別說這種誇張話。

口語
till 弱讀，draggin' 的 ing 吞成 in。
You can talk till your tongue is draggin' on the floor; I'm still going. 你說破嘴皮子也沒用，我還是要走。
“Or don't you have the guts to do what you think is right?”
還是說，你根本沒膽量照你認為對的方式去做？
把質問變成激將，逼對方在眾人面前表態。

激將或逼人表態時用；對上級、對長輩這樣問會翻臉。

guts to 連讀，句尾上揚帶挑釁。

用反問追責任，把輕率的改票釘在道德上，句句都在逼人抬頭。

可以說 have the guts。guts 在這裡不是「內臟」，而是「膽量、魄力」；有人質問對方到底有沒有 guts 去做自己認為對的事，用的就是這句。
就是「受夠了」，表示再也忍不下去。戲裡有人被爭論煩透，說自己 I've had enough，隨後乾脆把票改成無罪，結果被大家指責這不是理由。
兩個意思都有，主要看語境：go along with a plan 是「同意、接受某個方案」，go along with someone 也可以指「跟著某人的意思走」。戲裡有人說 I don't go along with it，就是「我不認同」。
可以說 break it up。戲裡有人煩透了沒完沒了的來回爭論，說這討論沒有任何進展，I'll have to break it up，意思是得把這場爭論打住。
