是，指「笨蛋、蠢貨」，語氣偏調侃或輕蔑。What on Earth are those oafs up to 就是「那些蠢貨到底在搞什麼」。
I don't suppose I could... 是客氣的請求句式，字面像否定，其實是「不知能否……」。加個 could I 收尾，語氣更軟，但也可以很咄咄逼人。
Goldilocks 是童話裡闖進別人家、吃別人東西的「金髮姑娘」。這裡把猶太人暗叫成 Goldilockses，用童話梗遮掩他們真正的種族歧視。
