是反問，等於「你還敢自稱愛國者？」，帶諷刺和質問。用 call yourself... 這個句式，就是在諷刺對方名不副實。
was born on 後面接具體某一天。臺詞裡說 She was born on the seventh, not the first，就是「她生日是七號，不是一號」，專挑日期做文章。
