burn to the ground。ground 指地面，意思是燒到只剩地基，常用來形容把建築徹底燒燬，也可引申為徹底摧毀。
talk this out。out 有「徹底、說清楚」的意思，talk out 就是把矛盾或誤會當面講清楚，常和 sit down 連用。
意思是反話的「我可看不出來」。字面像「你本來能騙到我」，實際表示完全不信對方的話，帶點嘲諷。
指「手指三明治」，是英式下午茶裡的小塊夾心麵包。片裡有人拿它玩雙關，暗指手指，語氣又冷又嚇人。
