下一章 · 08money有魅力這場戲：失戀後兄弟式打氣指「失戀後用來療傷的新戀人」，常被認為長不了。原句 It's a rebound 就是「那只是療傷的替代品」，rebound 本義是「反彈、彈回」。
break it off。原句 You don't just break it off cleanly after six years，就是「六年的感情，不可能說斷就斷得乾乾淨淨」。
指「打長途用的電話卡」。原句 I have a calling card. It won't cost anything 就是「我有電話卡，不會花什麼錢」，早年打長途常這麼省話費。
在美國，800 開頭的號碼是對方付費的電話，打的人不掏錢。原句 So it's a 800 number，說的是用這種號碼打電話不收長途費。
