supposed to be 把「本該如此」變成指責，一句就點出場面已經失控。

團隊失控、有人不守規矩時用；對同事朋友說很自然，對客戶說等於抱怨，別用。

supposed to be 連讀成 sposta-be，professionals 重音在第二音節。

字面是「對著錯誤的樹叫」，來自獵狗追獵物上錯樹，引申為「找錯人、怪錯物件、搞錯方向」。臺詞裡喬用它反駁對維克的指控，意思是你懷疑錯人了。
make off 是「逃走、溜走」，加上 with 就是「帶著某物逃走，捲走」。臺詞裡說 make off with the diamonds，就是「帶著鑽石跑路」，常指作案後把贓物帶走。
set up 在這裡是「設局、做套」，be set up 就是「被人設局陷害、出賣」。臺詞裡說 This man set us up，就是「這個人設局把我們賣了」，是犯罪片裡的高頻說法。
lost your mind。mind 是「頭腦、心智」，lose your mind 就是「失去理智、瘋了」，口語裡常說 Have you lost your mind，就是「你是不是腦子進水了」。
rip off 本義是「扯掉」，俚語裡指「坑錢、宰客、騙走」。臺詞裡說 to rip us off，就是「要坑我們一把、把我們騙個精光」，也可以名詞化成 a rip-off（坑人的東西）。
be supposed to be。be supposed to 是「按理應該、本該」，加上 be 就是「按理說該是某種樣子」。臺詞裡說 We're supposed to be professionals，就是「我們按理該是專業人士」。
