字面是「把你的頭打飛」，就是「一槍打爆你的頭」，是拿槍威脅人的狠話。劇裡上校用它嚇唬曼德雷克別亂來，語氣很兇。
是英國口語里加強語氣的說法，常夾在句中，表示「鐵定、非要」。劇裡說 the president will bloody well want to speak to me，就是「總統非得跟我談不可」，帶著賭氣的強調。
