下一章 · 15as mad as a March hare瘋得離譜這場戲：被槍指著要打電話指「規避動作」，多用在軍事、飛行裡，表示躲開攻擊。劇裡機長下令 Commence evasive action right，就是「立即向右開始規避機動」，躲跟蹤的導彈。
指雷達螢幕上出現的一個「光點」，代表一個被探測到的目標。劇裡說 I have an unidentified radar blip，就是「我發現一個不明雷達光點」，先確認再判斷是什麼。
意思是「縮短距離、逼近」。劇裡反覆說 Missile still closing range，就是「導彈仍在逼近」，range 指距離，closing 是正在縮小，形容威脅越來越近。
cut off。劇裡喊 Start lever to cut off! 就是「拉啟動杆切斷供油」，後面還有 boost pumps off，都是應急關機的口令，日常也能說 cut off the power。
意思是「引爆了」。劇裡最後喊 Range: One mile. Missile detonated! 就是「距離一英里，導彈引爆了」，是描述爆炸最正式的一個詞。
