With that amount of underwater damage, she can't stay afloat.

watertight compartments。watertight 是「水密的」，compartment 是艙室；片中說水密艙壁只到 E 甲板，水一旦漫過就會往下灌。

本意是鍋爐放掉多餘的蒸汽，引申為把情緒發洩出來。片裡說船停下還 blowing off steam，字面是放蒸汽，也有人說成「撒氣」。
