这里 under your name 指账户登记在你名下。改用别人的名字开户，法律上就查不到你头上，剧中银行家暗示的正是这一招。under 强调「归属、登记于」，in your name 更偏「以你名义」。
因为乔丹把日内瓦的 Rue de la Croix（克鲁瓦街）念成了 Croy，让-雅克当场纠正：Not Croy... It's Croix。croix 在法语里是「十字架」，发音和拼写都容易混，这里是拿地名开乔丹玩笑。
