as it is 指「就现在这样、维持原样」，as it was 指「就像当时那样」。台词里说 Deathtrap is pretty good as it is，就是「现在这样就挺好，不用改」。
不是，是夸张说法，指「天大的财富、取之不尽的财宝」。台词里说对方会以为自己有了这种财富。
wet-nurse 本意是奶妈，这里指「像保姆一样手把手扶持、替人兜底」。台词里是嫌替一部没把握的戏做这种事不值。
