不是。level with someone 是「对某人说实话、坦白交底」。台词里 Now, level with me 就是「现在跟我说实话吧」，语气像逼对方摊牌。
粗话，表示「在乎」，几乎只用在否定句里，比如 nobody gives a shit 就是「没人在乎」。台词里用它说公众根本不在乎谁杀了谁，语气很冲。
moral obligation。台词里 one who has no sense of moral obligation 就是「一个毫无道德责任感的人」，是反社会人格者的临床定义。
名词，指「反社会人格者」，指缺乏同理心和道德约束的人。台词里拿它逼问西德尼，问他有没有被这样叫过，是很有攻击性的一个问题。
