「一下子明白过来」。老波特一进门就 twig right away，意思是立刻看出了破绽，比 realize 更口语、更有画面感。
形容「笨重得像大象」。台词里说 elephantine tiptoeing，就是吐槽对方踮着脚走路却动静大得吓人，吵得人睡不着。
是，指「混蛋」，专门骂男人。台词里西德尼骂克利福德 You're a prick，对方回一句 Sticks and stones 表示「你骂我我也不在乎」。
