about to 指「马上、正要做」，时间更近，通常不用再加时间词；going to 只是一般将来。台词里 you're about to deliver a speech 就是「你马上要发表演说了」。
不。它指「自我感觉像赢家」，可以反讽，也可以说状态。台词里是反问对方：做了这种事，还怎么觉得自己是赢家。
是，字面就是「把某物扔掉」，也引申为「浪费掉、错失」。台词里说把对方的简历 threw it away，就是「把简历扔了」。
