意思是「已經上路、進展順利」。way 指路程，be well on one's way 就是在某件事上走了一大半，離成功不遠了。
意思是「讓人心裡發毛的、令人不安的」。nerve 是膽量、神經，unnerving 指某個東西一點點磨掉你的鎮定，語氣比 scary 更偏心理上的發毛。
可以。作名詞是「死衚衕、盡頭」，作動詞 dead end 就是「走到頭、斷了」。片裡 cracks and corners dead end 就是「裂縫和轉角到頭了」。
