A spider bite sends Kenny into a panic, and the family argues over whether to see a doctor or keep driving. At the same time, David calls his boss and demands hazard pay, threatening to walk away with the drugs unless he gets it.

What happens

What's really going on

The scene splits into two tones at once: slapstick with Kenny and cold negotiation on the phone.
