車行裡，銷售反覆把話繞回塗層，甩出 you don't get it, you get oxidation problems（不做就有氧化問題）來嚇唬客戶；客戶嫌他 talk in circles（繞圈子、說車軲轆話），最後忍無可忍，當面罵他騙子。想學怎麼識破銷售話術、當場拆穿，這場夠用。

車裡，兩個男人為要不要停車吃點喝點拌幾句嘴，隨後故事轉到車行：傑裡想把那臺車多收一筆 TruCoat 的錢，客戶不肯，兩人把同一件事翻來覆去。傑裡先說 you don't get it, you get oxidation problems（不做就有氧化問題）嚇唬人，又用 there's nothing we can do（我們也沒辦法）把責任推給廠裡，說塗層是出廠就裝好的。客戶嫌他 talk in circles（繞圈子、說車軲轆話），先聊起週日的球賽緩和氣氛，最後忍不下去，當面罵他是騙子。買東西被強推加項、想揭穿對方繞圈子時，這幾句都用得上。
A1–C2 是歐標等級。點一個等級後，比它高的卡片會變淡，播放到那裡不會自動暫停。

下一章 · 04two could play at that game這招我也會這場戲：車上鬥氣，電話裡搪塞意思是「繞圈子、說車軲轆話」，指反反覆覆說同一套、沒有進展。劇裡客戶嫌銷售 You're talking in circles，就是嫌他繞來繞去不解決問題。
bald-faced liar。字面是「臉上不加遮掩的騙子」，指當面撒謊還一點不臉紅的人。劇裡客戶就是用它給銷售的整套說法下定論。
指車漆氧化、生鏽的問題。銷售用 you get oxidation problems 嚇唬客戶，說不加塗層車就會出問題，好讓對方掏錢。
there's nothing we can do，意思是「我們也沒辦法」。劇裡銷售用它把責任推給廠裡，裝作自己也做不了主。
seeing as 是「既然、考慮到」，用來引出理由。劇裡 but seeing as it's special circumstances and all，就是「不過既然情況特殊」的意思。
