把一種安全感寫成一句耳邊的話，畫面和情緒一起到。它可以在安慰別人時直接用，也能留下來提醒自己，安慰往往就是這麼簡單。

形容某種環境或某個人帶來的安心感時用，語氣溫柔，帶畫面。

It's like a voice telling you everything will be fine. ／ As if someone is quietly promising you it's okay.

中性

Like somebody's whispering 輕而快，gonna be okay 放慢，okay 拖長收尾。

It's like a voice in your head telling you it will all work out. 就像腦子裡有個聲音對你說，一切都會好起來的。

先堵住「你是不是後悔了」的追問，再給出真實感受：不後悔，只是捨不得。一句話把複雜情緒說清楚，特別適合在講道理之前給自己留餘地。

要提出相反看法、又怕對方誤會的場合用，先緩衝再轉折。
