這場戲：傷者求死被勸住
後倉裡，一個傷者疼得受不了，一直求人結束他的痛苦；有人用 not there yet（還沒到那一步）攔住他，也有人說 for the best（其實是最好的結果）來安慰。想學怎麼在絕望場面裡穩住別人、把話說軟，這兩個說法很頂用。
「還沒到那一步」：We're not there yet

襲擊過後，倖存者把傷者抬進超市後倉找止痛藥。傷者疼得受不了，說不幫他就結束這一切，有人對他說 We're not there yet, okay?（還沒到那一步），有人承諾 Everything will be better in the morning.（一切到早上都會好起來），還有人表明 We're all right there with you.（我們都陪著你）。有人覺得或許這是 for the best（其實是最好的結果），也有人形容這情形讓人 I keep thinking I'm gonna wake up in a rubber room.（老覺得自己會醒在橡膠病房裡）；他還需要 painkillers（止痛藥），短語 in the worst way（迫切得要命）就是形容這種急切。想學怎麼在極端場面裡安撫、支撐別人，這些說法都用得上。

“Everything will be better in the morning”
明早一切都會好起來的。
用哄孩子的一句話蓋住整個夜晚的血腥。它既是父親的溫柔，也點出全片最殘酷的對照：明天不會更好。
Everything will be better in the morning.
安慰受驚的人、把恐懼推到明天時用，語氣溫柔；也可帶反諷地說事情並不會好轉。
Things will look better tomorrow. ／ It'll be better by morning.

“I keep thinking I m gonna wake up in a rubber room”
我總覺得一覺醒來，自己會在精神病院的軟包房裡。
用「軟包房」這個具體場景說出對現實的懷疑：要麼世界瘋了，要麼我瘋了。它把恐懼從外面搬進了腦子。
I keep thinking I'm gonna wake up in a rubber room.
形容某件事離譜到懷疑自己是不是在做夢或瘋了時用，帶自嘲；適合壓力和荒誕處境。
I feel like I'll wake up in an asylum. ／ I keep thinking none of this is real.
口語
rubber room 連讀重讀，句尾放慢。
After a week like this I keep thinking I am going to wake up in a rubber room. 經過這樣一週，我總覺得一覺醒來自己會在精神病院。
“We re all right there with you”
我們都和你一樣。
一句話把「只有我這麼想」拆掉：懷疑自己瘋了的不止你一個。它用最簡單的陪伴感接住恐懼。
We're all right there with you.
讓對方知道自己並不孤單、大家感同身受時用，語氣溫和，適合安慰。
You're not the only one. ／ We feel the same way.
口語
right there with you 連讀，you 放慢收尾。

“If you guys can t help me you gotta end it okay”
如果你們救不了我，就幫我結束吧，好嗎？
把求助和求死壓進同一個條件句裡，語氣卻像在商量一件小事。越平靜越讓人難受，這句話是這部片子裡最沉的一次選擇。
If you can't help me, you gotta ...
討論無法挽回的處境、被迫做出艱難取捨時用，語氣沉重；日常請求裡千萬別用，分量太重。
If you can't save me, you have to let me go. ／ Help me, or finish it for me.
口語
can't help me 連讀，end it 重讀，okay 輕輕上挑。
If you can't fix the old car, you gotta scrap it. 要是修不好那輛舊車，你就只能把它報廢了。
