把誠意和運氣擰成一句：told the truth 是選擇，got the job 是結果。短短一句既自嘲又給所有人打氣，是很好的面試故事收尾。

講一段靠真誠換來好結果的小故事時用，口語、輕鬆；在正式彙報裡不要用這麼隨意的收尾。

I was honest, and it worked out. ／ The truth turned out to be the right answer.

誇某人為一個角色或專案注入了獨特氣質時用，真誠、有分量；隨口客套誇獎一個人別用這麼重的讚詞。

用比較級把現場一個意外小插曲拿來和自己的糗事對照，自嘲裡帶著真心讚歎。這種順著場面走的幽默很自然。

順著當下把話題和功勞讓給別人時用，口語、幽默；正式場合要稱讚對方時別用自嘲式比較。
