柯比夫婦提前一晚登門，正撞上西卡莫家雞飛狗跳：媽媽在排練、客廳裡還站著個穿戲服的擲鐵餅先生。客人直說 this is most embarrassing（太讓人難堪了），主人只好打圓場：anybody can get mixed up（誰都會把日子搞錯）。接著大家慌忙搬椅子、挪地毯。想化解記錯日子的尷尬，這兩句正好用。
