這是《拯救聖誕記2》裡聖誕奶奶送傑克出門的一段。精靈們被 Elf Bane 傳染，只有一種已知解藥 Levande Root；聖誕奶奶說自己得留下陪 Dasher，讓傑克 follow this path（沿路走）。傑克擔心外面 kinda dangerous（有點危險），她安慰他 You can do this（你能行的），又說 I'll be watching you the entire time（我會全程盯著你）。然後她掏出餅乾，說要 arming you（武裝你）：薑餅人餅乾會炸，雪人餅乾給勇氣，還催他 We don't have a moment to lose（一刻也不能耽誤）。傑克半信半疑，卻也只能 It's hero time（英雄時間到了）。想學打氣、交代任務和幽默的說法，這些句子都很實用。

意思是「恢復正常」。戲裡說 get the elves back to normal，就是「讓精靈們恢復正常」，口語裡很常用。
意思是「要是……會怎樣、萬一……怎麼辦」，用來提出擔心或假設。戲裡說 What if I get frostbite?，就是「要是我凍傷了怎麼辦？」。
