one-way path to hell，字面是「通往地狱的单行道」，用来形容一条走到黑、回不了头的路。语气夸张，常带调侃。
cheer up。劝人别丧、振作一点时最常用，后面常接一句鼓劲的话，比如 Cheer up, the world is yours。
refresh my memory。看一下旧材料、听一句提醒，把忘掉的事重新想起来，就可以说 it refreshed my memory。
本意是「幽闭恐惧的」，这里形容空间太挤太闷、让人喘不过气。有人看完画面说 It's too claustrophobic，就是嫌构图太憋屈。
