酒店裡，對面的人自稱是傑克想成為的一切：I'm free in all the ways that you are not（你不自由的地方我都自由）。成員隨後擔心瑪拉知道得太多，傑克崩潰翻臉；後來追瑪拉時，他只能用一句 hear me out（先聽我把話說完）求她別走。全片反轉那一刻的英文，這段全給了。

說 I'm free in all the ways that you are not。這是泰勒對傑克說的：你做不到的，我都做得到，暗示他本就是傑克壓抑的那一面。
出自《化身博士》：傑基爾博士喝藥後變成兇殘的海德先生。片裡把 Mr. Hyde 換成 Mr. Jackass（蠢蛋先生），既指雙重人格，又順口罵人。
表面是陳述事實，其實帶威脅：知道太多的人要處理掉。片裡成員用這句暗示對瑪拉動手，冷淡得像在唸流程，才讓傑克徹底炸毛。
