抱怨某人做出讓人意想不到的煩人舉動時用，語氣強烈且口語；正式場合絕對不要用 ain't。

only gone and 連讀，herself in her 吞音，ain't she 上挑。

這裡是「把音量調小、關小」，也可以指拒絕某個提議。臺詞 Get her to turn it down 就是「叫她關小聲點」，在噪音擾民時最常用。
英式口語常用 bloody，屬於很輕的咒罵，幾乎當語氣詞用。臺詞 a bloody room、turn that bloody racket down 裡的 bloody 都是加強語氣，正式場合別用。
should be glad。臺詞 I suppose I should be glad it's not techno 就是「我該慶幸起碼不是電子樂」，用 should be glad 說出的話往往帶反諷。
意思是「在吃藥、需要長期服藥」。臺詞 I'm on tablets, you know 就是「我還在吃藥呢」，be on tablets 是英式說法，常指長期服藥。
you only had to ask。臺詞 You only had to ask, Trevor 就是「你只要開口就行，特雷弗」，意思是對方本不必費事，直接說一聲就好。
