There is no shouting here, only pressure applied in steps. The interrogator answers Jerome's tough-guy threat with 'I know exactly who you are, and that's why you're here,' then moves to the one lever that always works: 'if not for your life, for hers.' The name comes out — the Gashi brothers.
What happens

What's really going on
The interrogation works because nobody raises their voice. Jerome tries to trade on his reputation, only to be told his identity is the reason he is tied up — 'that's why you're here.' From there the pressure is patient and personal. 'But you're still gonna give me a name,' the interrogator says, and when Jerome resists, the threat lands on the person beside him: 'if not for your life, for hers.' Jerome finally names the Gashi brothers, adding they deal in trafficking and armed robbery and even hit cash trucks. His parting 'you did not hear this from me' shows how much the name costs him.
