An' 吞音成 an，howled thus 连读，句末压低收。

她要是真去表白，他很可能瞧不上，因为这人一肚子傲气。
半是设局半是诛心：先把结局说死，再补一句他性格凉薄。

预测某人会怎么反应、还带点评时用；当面说人傲慢就太冲了。

'tis 缩成 t's，possible 重读，contemptible 分四拍念清。

这是句老式的发誓语，意思就是「我发誓、我说真的」。现在多见于古装剧和文学，日常说 I swear 就够了。
