意思是「來自各行各業、形形色色的人」。walk of life 指一個人的階層或職業，所以這句話形容來的人五花八門，用在小店、活動、城市都合適。
指「像哥們兒一樣、算自己人」，常形容一個女生很颯、跟男生玩得來。臺詞裡用它夸人合群，但緊接著又改口，因為場合是表白。
指「很貼心的點綴、加得巧妙的一筆」，touch 在這裡是「添的一筆」。臺詞裡 I thought it was a nice touch 就是「我覺得這個安排很貼心」，誇細節很合適。
I'm not myself tonight。not oneself 表示狀態不對、表現失常，常拿來為說錯話、做錯事找臺階，語氣多半是自嘲或不好意思。
