說 never took her eyes off。墜機故事裡那顆頭飛過來，she never took her eyes off of me，就是一眼都不挪開。沒有 never，took her eyes off 就是把視線挪開。
就是拿你的詞馬上驗。對方剛罵 uncool，下一句把 cool 原樣扔回去，表示要當場驗給你看，不是口袋已經翻完。別人拿一個詞損你，可以把那個詞接回去。
I'm sorry 的下一句就是 Well, fuck you, man! fuck you 就是去你的。這個對不起當場被罵了回去。罵回去是前後兩句碰上的事，不是這句的字面意思。
這裡是肢體碎開，不是心情垮了。醒來那句 my family was all around me in pieces，緊跟著就是胳膊、腿和頭。in pieces 是碎成一塊一塊，人是碎在旁邊的。
字面是隻是轉告一聲，不是把話說死。I'm not saying it makes me a man or anything 的下一句，就是 I'm just passing on the information，其實把剛說的重話放輕，像順便一提。壞訊息想放下又不想拍板，可以用這句。
