下一章 · 12easy on the eye養眼這場戲：婚禮前親家母話不停意思是「裝作沒事、強撐體面」，明明難受卻對外表現得很好。臺詞裡說 you put a pretty good face on things，就是誇沃倫表面撐得住，言下之意是心裡並不好過。
說 would you mind if I...，後面接動詞原形，是非常禮貌的開口方式。臺詞裡 would you mind if I made an observation，就是「我說句看法，你介意嗎」。
她先說他表面強撐，再指出他內心的悲傷和失落只是冰山一角，最後替他說出「憤怒、恐懼、孤獨」。沃倫一句 I am kind of lonely 就承認了，等於坐實了她的判斷。
意思是「放開我、別碰我」，在被冒犯、被拉扯時用，語氣很重。臺詞裡沃倫想親近，對方立刻喊 Get off me，緊接著 Are you insane，就是明確拒絕和警告。
