The story so far
Everything you need before watchingTom walks into Gatsby's glittering party on Daisy's arm and immediately brands the newly rich filthy bootleggers. Daisy insists Gatsby is merely a businessman with a chain of drugstores. Gatsby parades a senator and a film star, then pins Tom as the polo player — a label Tom twice refuses.
