The story so far
Everything you need before watchingThe valley of ashes has a body in the road. A yellow car did not stop. Tom tells the police he barely knew her, then sits Wilson down: that yellow car was not his. It belongs to a fella named Gatsby, a crook who throws those parties the papers talk about. Maybe Gatsby was fooling around with Myrtle. Maybe that is why he killed her.
