移民局面談室裡，對方直問兩人是不是假結婚騙簽證，氣氛一下繃緊。一句 Where did you hear that（你從哪兒聽來的）當場反問回去，句尾又說想趕緊 out of your hair（不再纏著你、脫身走人）。被當面質疑時怎麼穩住、想禮貌脫身怎麼說，這些都用得上。

而你這個年輕人，將要犯下一項重罪。
把假結婚的代價翻譯成法律後果，一句就讓浪漫的藉口變成檔案上的罪；年輕人三個字更是點名威脅。

把後果說到法律層面、讓對方明白事情嚴重性時用，語氣是宣判式的。

最短的預警句：不解釋原因，只交代直覺，卻把全場氣氛瞬間拉到危險邊緣。

事情將往壞處發展、想先提醒同伴時用，語氣隨口；對上司或正式場合別說，會顯得輕率。

只要你們的回答有一處對不上，你們就會被無限期驅逐出境。
把條件設到最苛刻——every point 不留誤差，再用 indefinitely 把後果延伸到沒有盡頭。

提前講清嚴格後果、讓對方不敢僥倖時用，語氣公事公辦；朋友間別用，太像威脅。

every point 重讀，deported indefinitely 逐詞落下，indefinitely 拖長。
If your story doesn't match up at every point, the claim is rejected. 只要你們的說法有一處對不上，索賠就會被駁回。

指「在這麼臨時、這麼倉促的情況下」。臨時約人、臨時提出請求時，常說 Thanks for seeing me on such short notice，用來感謝對方抽空。
說 a disgruntled former employee。disgruntled 指受了委屈後憤憤不平，常用來形容離職後到處抱怨的人。
用 We'll be out of your hair and on our way，字面是「不再纏著你」，語氣禮貌又不卑不亢，適合結束一段佔用別人時間的談話。
因為對方直接問兩人是不是為了躲避驅逐而假結婚，還說當天下午接到了舉報。一句話把計劃戳穿，氣氛隨即繃緊，後面每一句都成了攻防。
