slipped on 连读，accidentally 一带而过，my wife 重读收尾。

替对方配音，把偷情演成连声道歉的小意外，黑色幽默到顶。

losing it。lose it 指撑不住、情绪爆发，片里说 you're losing it，就是「你快疯了」。日常也能说 I'm losing it，表示快绷不住了。
put a bullet in。bullet 是子弹，put a bullet in something 就是朝某物开枪，语气很狠，常用于威胁或愤怒的场面。
口语里 psycho 多指「神经病、疯子」，是很重的贬义，别随便当面用。它也能作前缀表示「心理的」，如 psychology。
surveillance job。surveillance 指监视、盯梢，私家侦探接的跟踪偷拍类工作就叫 surveillance job，片里乔就在接这种活。
