下一章 · 10eyebrows deep in something深陷其中这场戏：为恶习的定义斗嘴字面是「把牌贴在胸口」，引申为守口如瓶、不轻易亮出底牌。剧里教练嫌厄尼拖到最后才说，就是让他别藏着掖着。
说 make amends。它指为造成的伤害做补偿、赔不是，常见搭配是 make amends to someone，比简单说 sorry 更正式。
意思是「对……负责、该担责」，后面接要负责的事。剧中教练说该由他为手下闯的祸担责，用的就是 accountable for their actions。
说 common knowledge，指大家都知道、根本瞒不住的事。剧里强调农场位置可不是 common knowledge，等于在追问情报从哪泄露的。
借自意大利语，指黑帮或家族里的军师、参谋，负责出主意、做协调。剧中教练一见面就用它称呼对方，显得懂行。
