是，指「笨蛋、蠢货」，语气偏调侃或轻蔑。What on Earth are those oafs up to 就是「那些蠢货到底在搞什么」。
I don't suppose I could... 是客气的请求句式，字面像否定，其实是「不知能否……」。加个 could I 收尾，语气更软，但也可以很咄咄逼人。
Goldilocks 是童话里闯进别人家、吃别人东西的「金发姑娘」。这里把犹太人暗叫成 Goldilockses，用童话梗遮掩他们真正的种族歧视。
