亨利讲保利怎么当老大：事情只谈一对一，给那些不敢找警察的人撑腰，替他们挡住想来 rip them off（坑钱、宰人）的人。亨利的回报是走到哪儿都被让着，连邻家孩子都帮他把东西提回家，全是 out of respect（出于敬意）。想学怎么讲这套「保护费逻辑」，这段最经典。

out of respect，表示因为尊敬对方才做某事。邻家孩子一路帮亨利的妈妈提东西，他说就是 It was out of respect。
one on one 指一对一、单独谈，不放别人在场。保利最讨厌一群人开会，什么事都 one on one，为的是不让旁人听见。
wait in line，就是排队。戏里亨利说自己有靠山，周日早上去买面包都不用 wait in line，老板会先招呼他。
wiseguy 是黑帮行话，指混江湖的人。整句意思是「江湖人的警察局」，用来说保利一伙给不敢报警的人提供保护，像另一套执法系统。
