意思是「卸下、擺脫（負擔或責任）」，語氣正式又有點幽默。relieve myself of a burden 就是「卸下包袱」。
指「存在層面的沉重包袱」，就是關於「我是誰、活著有什麼意義」這類焦慮，聽起來很重，常被拿來開玩笑。
I get it，口語裡表示「我明白了、我懂了」。想強調現在才懂，也可以說 I get it now。
