意思是「病得不轻」，在恋爱语境里就是「爱得发狂、相思得厉害」。I just had it bad 就是「我就是害了相思病」。
表示「才怪、得了吧」，用来否定对方刚说的话。像「Well, I」my foot 就是「『这个我』个头」，直接拆穿敷衍。
get down to cases。cases 指要处理的具体事情，get down to cases 就是「别扯了，说正经的」。
get over it。指从失恋、打击里恢复过来。I never got over it 就是「我这辈子都没走出来」。
