柯比夫妇提前一晚登门，正撞上西卡莫家鸡飞狗跳：妈妈在排练、客厅里还站着个穿戏服的掷铁饼先生。客人直说 this is most embarrassing（太让人难堪了），主人只好打圆场：anybody can get mixed up（谁都会把日子搞错）。接着大家慌忙搬椅子、挪地毯。想化解记错日子的尴尬，这两句正好用。
