意思是「按计划推进、不脱轨」。track 是轨道，stay on track 就是保持在既定进度上，工作、训练、旅行都能用。
take turns 是「轮流做同一件事」，主语通常是人；in turn 是「依次、反过来」，多用来连接先后顺序，两者不能混用。
