决战前夜，达克斯给军官交代进攻计划：天晴得「太好了」、没有雾雨，要守就守一整天；散会后士兵挤在暗处，拿死法开玩笑——宁可挨机枪也不愿挨刺刀。有人一句 That's as clear as mud（这话可真够清楚，反讽），把沉重聊成黑色幽默。想学反讽和告别式祝福，这段很妙。
