hands over your head，是喝令对方投降的常见说法。剧里 Put your hands over your head 就是「把手举到头顶」，警察、军人抓人时常用。
指「与……取得联系」。剧里说 I have to get in touch with SAC headquarters immediately，就是「我必须马上联系战略空军司令部」，找人、找机构都能用。
