可以说 do well for himself。戏里爸爸夸儿子 I told you he'd be doing well for himself，就是「我说过他会混得不错、有出息」。
不是。beside yourself 指「情绪失控、难受得不行」，多用被动：you were beside yourself，就是「你当时整个人都不好了」。
指「闲晃、逗留」，警察或长辈常用，带点怪责。Guess who I found loitering in the park 就是「猜我在公园逮到谁在瞎逛」。
字面是「我们中总有一个人在家」，是留人常来的说法，等于「随时回来，家里总有人」。
